"Scrivener's error", except if it changes the meaning, and in any case, which version would become law... That's why there is a procedure. Seems like a terribly dumb oversight.

I actually just called Senator Estes Capitol office phone number and someone answered! She said that there are a couple of different words and yes, it will go to conference committee. She said they do not have any worries about it being a problem though.

It is a matter of time, not disagreement. One week remaining in the session and it can still die for lack of action.

Correct. Apparently the way the amendment was stripped in committee and the re-added makes it necessary that the House concur with the amendment. Same would have happened if the amendment had been removed in committee and not reattached.

How can it "pass" and then "not pass"? I thought once it "passed", you can't undo it. I guess the politicians can do anything they want.
