We are now running on a new, and hopefully much-improved, server. In addition we are also on new forum software. Any move entails a lot of technical details and I suspect we will encounter a few issues as the new server goes live. Please be patient with us. It will be worth it! :) Please help by posting all issues here.

Yes, a gun is a tool.
It is a tool to help one feed one's family when used for hunting.
It is a tool to help one protect one's family when used for personal protection.
It is a tool to help one protect one's community when bad guys move away because practicing murder, mayhem, rape, and robbery is not conducive to their health.
But it is so much more than that. It is an venue for recreation and enjoyment. That is why we call what we do "shooting sports".
