The professors make the case very well. The two students interviewed who were against it: #1 just said he doesn't think it's a good idea. #2 just doesn't get it.

You're right.

First Kid: (with a nervous grin) "I don't think that's a good idea, having guns on campus."

Second student: (with a sheep-in-the-headlights look on her face) "I don't really feel like I should be sitting next to somebody with a gun. In the case something does happen I don't really necessarily believe everybody that has the capability of actually doing something without hurting other people in the process."



Last kid: "It gives everybody else a sense of confidence to know that they can defend themselves."
