Decided I really want a G32. Anyone else have one? If so, what can I expect to pay for one of these?
I don't own any Glocks, only S&W's, however at shows around here you can get a Brand new Glock 32 for about 425 after haggling for a bit, but I decided to opt for the Sigma. Of course that is with fixed sights, add the night sights and the price adjusts accordingly.

Online when looking at them I usually see them range anywhere from 460-575 plus shipping.

Nice choice by the way, I too am hoping to make this addition to my own collection, although I am leaning a bit more towards the 31 but the 32 is a little bit more concealable which has its advantages as well.

I like it because of

a) caliber (who could argue with a .357?)

b)concealability (smaller and lighter than my current carry piece, but still a serious defensive tool/not a pocket pistol)

c)reliabilty(as much as the DA system will annoy me, this is the only platform I have found the .357 SIG in that I like all around, and Glocks are supposedly rock hard tough)

Vmathis,
You might consider the Springfield armory XD in .357 Sig
also a rock solid next-to-indestructable gun. Usually priced a little cheaper
than the glock as well....

Just my $0.02

Thanks for the suggestion, but the dimensions are wrong. I already have an XDCompact in .45 and absolutely love it. However, I'm looking for something a little smaller and a little slimmer, this is where the G32 steps in. It's dimensions versus the XD are shown below.

(Length: 6.85 inches vs 7.3 inches. Height:5.0 inches vs. 5.5 inches Width:1.26 inches vs. 1.25 inches)

Even if this was an OC gun (which it is not) I would choose the Glock over the XD for one reason, the size of the grip. The grip length on the service model (the smallest model offered for the XD in this caliber) is obscenely long, as it is on all of the service models. For OC and duty carry, this is fine, for concealment, not so much. It is also just too big for my hands. This is why I got the Compact .45 rather than the service, and why I will not buy another XD until they start offering the compact in more calibers. In Alabama, you have to conceal or go to jail, simple as that, so the G32 meets ALL of my needs and presents no obstacles to concealment (sure It's a big gun/not a pocket gun, but I've grown used to concealing mid-large sized autos, so this one will be no different).
