Sen. Kelly Loeffler (R-GA) announced Wednesday that she had cosponsored three pro-Second Amendment bills as part of her campaign to defend Americans’ right to bear arms.

During the Georgia senator’s first public speech, she announced that she cosponsored three separate Second Amendment bills, including:

  • S. 69, the Conceal Carry Reciprocity Act, which would enable law-abiding citizens to exercise their right to self-defense across the nation through national concealed carry reciprocity.[ ... ]

One of those is red herring bill to boost the Senators popularity except possibly the Veteran protection bill.

National reciprocity is nothing but smoke even if passed, as any state that wishes to ignore any act of congress constitutionally can.

The anti gun states will simply ignore it and the fed is not going to send agents into those states to arrest state level LEOS for arresting carriers in those states.
The suppressor law is the same as again anti gun states will simply ban suppressors.

Any state can ignore and not enforce an act of congress.

States must obey the 2A, in theory at least, as it isnt an act of congress but an amendment, ratified by the states in the first and only constitutional convention

Unfortunately, Ghost is probably correct. After all, look at how cities and states are following the federal laws regarding "pot", or "immigration", etc.
If we look to the Constitution, the federal government has no authority over any of those things.
