It does make good sense!
We just modified our laws here in Arizona to say that a law abiding citizen has no duty to retreat from any place that they have a legal right to be, and, have the right to defend themselves or others from physical attack.

Unfortunately, it's been my observation that common sense isn't so common any more.

Here's hoping common sense catches on and spreads!
