Two men have been arrested at the Pokemon World Championships venue in Boston, US, following a tip-off by the event's security staff.

Police found several weapons in their car including a shotgun, a rifle, "several hundred rounds" of ammunition and a hunting knife.

They have now been arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm and ammunition, as well as other firearms offenses, Boston Police said.
It is MA and guns for the great unwashed masses is frowned upon...especially hoosiers from outta state.

Gee, David, I guess that means the laws that require one to have state permission to possess a firearm, regardless of whether or not you take it out in public after first getting it home, are not enforceable?

Must be another one of those memos that got misrouted on its way to me.

In which case thank goodness for the laws against making terroristic threats, especially against making those threats via interstate communications.

stay safe.

Hoosiers? From Iowa? Never heard of that before.
Not Hossier, hoosier...akin to redneck, lowbrow, rube, bumpkin, ect...a flyover country derogatorium. Particular, or peculiar, to folks in the Show Me State.

Nothing personal, the term hoosier could be, or not [gets complicated at this point], received as a term of endearment by the recipient. Just as rednecks are proud, mostly, to be referred to as a redneck.

Well, now I am confused! Yes, it does seem to get more and more complicated, as you continue to post. Are you saying "hoosier" or "hossier"? They might be "hossiers". I am not certain if they are, because I've never heard that term and have no idea what it is, do you? You obviously don't know what "hoosier" means. A "hoosier" is a native of Indiana. These people were not from Indiana. They are not "hoosiers". Let me know what a "hossier" is and we'll see if they might be one of those. How did "The Show Me State" get into this, that's Missouri?
Here ya go.
