(5) "High school", a public school giving instruction in a grade or grades not lower than the ninth nor higher than the twelfth grade;
(7) "Public school" includes all elementary and high schools operated at public expense;
Judges enjo absolute immunity...especially convenient for judges elected to their bench as many in Missouri are. Remember that the judge in the STL Zoo case is likely a resident member of the voting district that she elected her to her bench. The judge will have to be overruled via the appellate process.
