That is just stupid.

Now MY tax money has to go to the poor guy that was shot to help his medical bills, and we alll have to pay for a trial, which we would lose because the shooter has good gun control, and called out his shots (Right foot, left foot), so he really must not have been "In fear for his life".

No if he would have just emptied the clip center mass, This would be over (Dead man can't sue, no trial, no medical)
