If you're hunting, yeah, all states probably have it. I don't take hunting into consideration. From my point of view, if anyone mentions "OC," or "Open Carry," I usually think in terms of lawful OC for self defense purposes where ever I am at, be it a country road, a city street, a fast food business, or what ever. Not every state "allows" that.
