The other month while at the local library my Internet browsing was halted by wireless software called BARRACUDA.
To gain access to the site I had to "register" with the library.
BARACUDA, a software trade name, is generated by a firm in Canada and may be in widespread use by libraries through out this nation, funded by, in whole or in part by one or more US Federal and state agencies involved with library grants.
This specific web site "OpenCarry.org" is the site I tried to access. "OpenCarry.Org" is on the BARRACUA ban list.
If any of you have encountered this on your own or if you do encounter software blockage such as BARRACUDA while using public library facilities it would be appreciated if you were to advise me as I am preparing an action against the library staff and all involved, specifically those individuals employed at the Federal level and State level involved with the funding of such software.
