Actually, no, you haven't. You have argued that, in this one case, the mechanics are in place for the correlation to be the result of causation.

I have often pointed out that correlation between A and B can mean one of at least four things:

A causes B.
B causes A.
C causes both A and B.
Coincidence.

But this case causes me to add a fifth:

B and A cause each other:

Democrats in power take actions that cause illegal aliens to flock to CA and to stay. Illegal aliens help Democrats stay in power, with some illegal votes, but also with other forms of support short of voting. This fifth possibility is what is commonly referred to as a "vicious circle."

Ca Patriot has apparently finally been able to prove that correlation does, in fact, imply causation.

LOL my first chuckle for the day.

He ignores that historically hispanics are conservative christians who voted republican and all the other moral hazards created by government like the unconstitutional drug war and the welfare state.
