I guess it's just me, but I've never understood the need to publically announce one's leaving a forum as if vacating the throne or some such.

If one wants to leave just leave.

Thin skin? Some people can't handle any disagreement or even detailed discussion. (On the other extreme, some crave argument and fireworks.) Discussion requires some give and take. Takes all kinds. So does life.

S9, hope you stick around. Hope everyone else does too. I appreciate everyone here, no exceptions. Disagreement doesn't equal disrespect.

BTW, here is an obligatory ironic public announcement per Ghost guidelines: I myself am leaving!!! Sort of. Just temporarily. Keep my throne uh potty uh, humble chair warm. No, not because of what anyone ever said or didn't say - sheesh, let's not make snowflakes and cliques the norm, thick skin is desirable if you want to see the world and have a chat. Take that in stride.

But I've had too many health problems lately along with work pressures, so have to put all my energy on those for a bit. Wanted to apologize for being scarce lately, but truly no choice. Gotta focus all my might on getting well and getting paid, until I recover and get caught up.

However as old Ahnold would say:
