Hawaii was Obama's best state, with 71% for him. This is where he grew up.
And Utah was Romney's best state, with 73% for him. This is the land of his forefathers.
The closest state too close to call is obviously Florida. They still don't know and are still "counting". Counting in Florida includes retrieving boxes of ballots from the ocean, and from poll workers' trunks of their cars.
The only 2 states that changed from 2008 were Indi and NC.
Each of the other states voted the same as 2008.
So $3 billion advertising dollars were wasted on 26 electoral votes, not enough to make any difference anyway.
