This place is a real winner - great food, service, and atmosphere. It was one of Grapeshot's favorite places, and you know he rarely missed a dinner, so he had a LOT to compare it to. They have plenty of room,, bring a friend, neighbor, co-worker etc.. Would love to meet some new folks, and look forward to seeing the "regulars" and also those who haven't been in a while.

The weather forecast for Tuesday is AWESOME! A great evening to be out. A couple of the regulars haven't posted yet. The Pickel Barrel is a busy place so a call ahead with an estimated count will be necessary.

Planning on being there! lil' miss sidestreet and mrs. sidestreet are in Fairfax co. or somewhere in between here and there, lil' miss sidestreet just finished her freshman year at GMU! YaaaaaY!!!! We have missed her so much, even though she would come back home on some weekends. really looking forward to seeing everyone!!!

As far as I know it will just be me unless they get home hungry in time to come to the Barrel!
