Arkansas Carry just completed another successful open carry walk under Act 746 this weekend. We walked in Hot Springs, AR with absolutely no issues and plenty of positive press from the local media.

NRAILA Liaison testified with the Sponsor for House Bill 1051 today in the AR House Judiciary Committee. The vote failed but it was NOT unanimous.
