I think I can make it official and call it for 8 pm on sat. We will meet behind the Mickey D's across from City Center.

Google Maps shows two McDonalds in that area, one that you can see from the street in a strip mall at 3755 LV Blvd., right across from the Monte Carlo, and another about a half-block north on the corner of Harmon at 3999 LV Blvd. That one is right across from City Center, but all I see there is the Harley Davidson Cafe. Do you know the address of the one where we're meeting?

It's 3755 lv blvd. the other will put across from Mandalay Bay.

Once again another uneventful strip meet up. Again no tourist running away in fear. Metro seen us and did nothing.

But on a side note watch the channel 3 news at 5, 6 or 11 on sunday. They where out there and filmed the start of our causal stroll up the strip. :monkey

You really do need to get a gun that's more proportionate to your size. I think a Dirty Harry style 44 mag would fit you a lot better than that .38.

Thanx to everyone that showed up. Once it starts to cool down we'll have to do some trash clean ups again. Right now it's just to damn hot to do anything in the day.

I'm sorry I missed the BBQ but my wifes G-parents came into town that day. From the pics it looked like you guys had a great time.

Good time last night, and nice to meet such a great group of folks.

I had one funny comment from a tourist. It was hot and muggy with temps over 100 the whole time even though it was after dark. The group had stopped to take a break, and we were standing together and shooting the bull just inside the entrance to a casino to take advantage of the cool air blowing out from inside.

I was maybe four feet away from a poker table, and I was standing with my back to a wall and my shoulder holster just above the eye level of a man seated at the table. He glanced at me two or three times, and then he finally gestured me over. As close as he was I just had to take a step and lean over a bit. I was waiting for the inevitable question, but it wasn't the one I was expecting.

He said, "Don't you get hot wearing a suit and hat?"
