We have another Bloomberg hugging New Yorker blaming Virginia for it's gun problems. The gun debate starts around the 14th or 15th reply.

Virginia was fine until New York came down here as part of an expedition of military conquest in 1861.

It's been downhill ever since with yankee liberals, centrists, socialists and communists invading and infesting our glorious Commonwealth.

While ranting at my Internet Host about a Copyright issue, I noticed the other fellow was from NY City. I told my Host Rep that was the problem. the other person was a damn yankee and they ain't right.:dude:

After I hung up, I noticed my Host is in NY City. Guess my site will get even slower:X

I haven't read the article or anything past the first sentence of the OP's post but my first thought was:

How many news articles have I/we seen recently detailing drug dealers and gang members from New York coming to our great state to spread their disastrous products to our communities?

Bloomberg/New York/Northern trash can kiss my ass and I'm starting to feel more and more strongly towards that sentiment with every passing second of every minute of every hour of every day... and so on.

Seems to me that if New York putas muchtime and effort into actually CATCHING their criminals and putting them away,as they doin playing the blame game...maybe they wouldn't have to worry about us down here in VA!

Bloomberg is a felon. He has publicly admitted facts amounting to the commission of a felony in Virginia. I demand that he be indicted and extradited to stand trial for conspiracy to solicit, employ, and assist other persons to purchase handguns in Virginia, knowing that such persons are ineligible because they are not residents of Virginia. Each of the NYPD felons who participated in their "sting" operation in Virginia should be indicted as well, of course.

§ 18.2-308.2:2
...(N) Any person who is ineligible to purchase or otherwise receive or possess a firearm in the Commonwealth who solicits, employs or assists any person in violating subsection M shall be guilty of a Class 5 felony and shall be sentenced to a mandatory minimum term of imprisonment of five years. ...

The most recent amendment of the relevant sub-sections (M and N) of 18.2-308.2:2 was in 2004 and all that did was to remove language prohibiting a court from entering a suspended sentence.

Daley comes by it honestly...his father was an even bigger crook. Having been born and raised in Oak Park, IL and growing up with the "Crook County Democrat Machine," I can say for a fact it is one big corrupt system full of crooks.
