but while the Army & USAF embraced and enhanced their carry policy[ies] per this directive, the Navy refused to implement for their members on their bases.

swabbies whine to the world the law should be changed without knowing the the law was for the services...twas their brass that did not trust their members to carry!!!

now the 3 year olde carrot is dangled for only privilege LE Marines...sigh...the LE are precious myth continues to be propagated...
