The web site still says that firearms are prohibited.

I called Natalie at the 'Bridge group' at the city town hall # and said they hadn't moved forward on the discussion she had w the manager where they discussed, and informed her I was going to file a complaint with them/the City and then would be able to notify Texas AG that they have not taken action to comply w. new Law. Also asked her, since it is now 4th of July weekend, if there were any physical signs on the bridge that needed t/b changed and she said she did not know. I can drive by there tomorrow & take a pic if there are and add that to the complaint.
Thx for the notice.

Webpage fixed - try it now (purge buffers/blow ballast if need be) They confirmed to me they have no physical signs at the Bridge.

I think the sword of Damocles of getting the Texas AG involved 'if not fixed in 3 days' was the motivating item. They didn't want to have to explain to City Of Dallas legal department why they did not comply. Natalie said the manager was at home 'taking a day off' - but got it fixed anyway...

The AG seems to be working like a champ in most of these cases, either through the threat or him actually doing something. I'm pretty impressed with how well thats working out.
