Since a Remington TAC 14 and others brands like them are classified as firearms by the BATFs can they be transported loaded in a vehicle if you have a CCW permit

2923.11 Weapons control definitions.
(C) "Handgun" means any of the following:
(1) Any firearm that has a short stock and is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand;
(2) Any combination of parts from which a firearm of a type described in division (C)(1) of this section can be assembled.

(N) (1) "Concealed handgun license" or "license to carry a concealed handgun"...

doesn’t seem your concealed handgun license covers you per se to meet 2923.16 Improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle unless unloaded and crated or unloaded and inaccessible.

[no shockwave, et al., are designated by their manufacturers as pump shotguns and not designed to to be fired by one hand!]
