On March 28th at noon OCT is having a walk on State Line Ave of Texarkana. Everything should be about par - black powder pistols and rifles openly carried with modern handguns concealed.

After that, though, there will be a separate walk across the road and the state line, on the Arkansas side, where there will be open carry of modern handguns.

I've often thought it would be interesting to do a walk of the opposite nature. Sort of a civil disobedience. The idea would be that you march from Arkansas right up to the Texas border. Once you arrive at the border, a few brave souls would take a single step across the state line and see if lightening strikes.

This event went very well, as per usual at these things. There were conversations with the locals, handing out material (Deceleration of Independence, Constitution to US, open and constitutional carry information and facts), taking pictures, fellowship with other patriots... The only news article I've been able to find so far is on a website that requires a subscription. If I find one that anyone can read I'll post a link.
