I'm currently engaged in a lawsuit against the St. Louis Zoo, and have been told that one can carry in all publicly-owned zoos in Florida, but it would be helpful for me to provide a specific list for my attorney ASAP.

Would knowledgeable people please list the zoos where carry is legal, and if possible, provide a link to the Zoo's website?

Thank you.

A zoo is not on the list of prohibited places in Florida. Therefore, if a zoo is publicly owned a cwf licensee can carry there.

I could really use your and everyone else's help, and for that reason I asked nicely for SPECIFIC IDENTIFICATION of zoos.

Still searching. If I find anything I'll post. In the mean time here is this little tidbit.

It appears that CC cannot be banned in Texas for a zoo, and it seems that OC may not be banned either.
Thanks for the note.

San Antonio seems to be private, even though it's on public land.

Tough finding specific data as to what zoos are public and which are private owned.

You got another mention in another paper. We post amongst very famous folks...yes we do.

Funny though, in a pathetic sort of way, one Texas zoo claims to be a amusement park, another claims to be a educational institution, while another claims to be a daycare facility.
