It's not the facts as expressed by Darren Wilson that I don't like, it's your biased judgement of those facts that I disagree with, but that's nothing new.

What I did was reflect on DW's actual words, and those words describing what he did were against any common sense of any responsible police officer. I don't care that it upsets you, many things seem to upset you. Maybe it is just me that gives you a woody, I don't care. If DW's words are to be taken as facts then IMO DW is a moron.

To be honest I have trouble reading his testimony because it is like he is a comedian, describing himself as a child, and Brown as Hulk Hogan, and also describing him as a demon. This guy is a buffoon that had no business behind a badge.

"Gives [me] a woody?" Don't flatter yourself, no matter what YOUR sexual preference might be. Can't you make discourse without being insulting? Is that beyond your mental capabilities?

I can accept your statement that "IMO DW is a moron," because that identifies your statement as your opinion and the rest of us can take that for what it's "worth." When you get into the realm of what would have happened at that point and in the ensuing time had YOU been there instead of Wilson is akin to fantasy and prognostication.

I got to the point of what DID happen according to DW, you have two choices. You can take it up with DW, or you can pound sand.

This is from DARREN WILSON'S own statement to the grand jury!

I do believe he was there.... Duhhhhhhhhhhh!

And every prisoner says "I did not do it, it wasn't me .. must have been my long lost identical twin brother"

etc etc etc

I pretty sure not all the prisoner's are making accurate accounts.

The point is IF he is telling the truth~~he screwed up. Had he followed procedure and used common sense Mike Brown would have been arrested. Which I highly doubt would have brought the riots.

IMO he was playing hero, and it backfired. Just none of the hero worshipers want to admit he screwed up.

The one thing that no one wants to mention is that assuming Wilsons account is the truth, similar to the case with the 12yo shot and killed in Ohio and the guy shot in south city by the off duty leo, there IS a VERY easy way all three outcomes could have been VERY different: comply with the order. If Brown was attacking Wilson and had stopped when ordered to, its very possible he never would have been shot at all. If the order is unlawful, you can always fight it later. But if you do something retarded like the 12yo did when ordered to put his hands up, what do you expect? Actions have consequences. Assault a cop (or anyone, for that matter) and it's possible you might get shot, or at least hurt (OC, tazer, etc). Reach for a gun that is not painfully obviously a toy when ordered to put your hands up, or shoot at a cop instead of surrendering, what do you expect?

Could Wilson have done things different? Possibly. But I doubt there's anyone alive that would have 100% rational thought while under direct physical assault.

Ultimately, a grand jury decided that the evidence didn't warrant an indictment. Was the GJ a farce? I hope not. The bottom line is with the decision, the animals are showing their true nature. And by animals, I'm not saying blacks. I'm saying ANYONE involved with and assisting the looting, burning and general violence regardless of race, sex, religion, etc. I have zero issue with peaceful protests, but the behavior exhibited in Ferguson is not that of civilized people. Period.

Darren Wilson is an idiot.

/fact

Now that we've got that settled...

I wouldn't call that a fact. It's an opinion.... And opinions are like ***holes......

If memory serves, you were one of the people that pegged Wilson as in the wrong before the shell casings cooled...

I'm sorry, I didn't realize we all agreed that Wilson is blameless without qualification.

Incidentally, "Darren Wilson is an idiot" is a statement of fact, not opinion. In this case it happens to be a valid statement of fact.

Websters Dictionary:id·i·ot noun \ˈi-dē-ət\

: a very stupid or foolish person

Who was the idiot? #1. strong armed robbery, #2. assaulting a LEO, with his fists, which are weapons, #3. fleeing and then deciding to charge the LEO he just assaulted, getting shot dead. Those are the facts, the idiot by definition would be Brown. Like you said, in this case it happens to be a statement of fact.

If you pull down your pants and show your backside to a growling dog, YOU(general) would be the idiot. Especially if you called out to the dog to "Come here". DW was more than a idiot, he is a blithering idiot.

Sorry, my sarcasm didn't come across well, it seems.

On the contrary, perhaps my sarcasm didn't come across well either!

I considered (5) [lol] emoticons, but thought it more fitting to post a single exclamation point. I always enjoy your posts, marshaul.
