Like the mailman? No. Like a guy with a gun who is shooting at you? Yes. Whether or not it is your property has nothing to do with it. Why would you even want to kill somebody who is on your property and doing nothing else? Tell him "You're trespassing, get off my property." The end. There's a case out of the Ninth Circuit which held that a rancher couldn't hold illegal immigrants at gunpoint even though they were on his property. The rancher ended up paying the immigrants $87,000 for his actions.

You should read the book "In the Gravest Extreme" by Massad Ayoob, it's the quintessential book on the subject of armed self-defense and the law.

if someone is trespassing on your property, it means they are up to something. why would a normal person who has a brain trespass on a stranger's property???????????

if a person i dont know is on my property, i am going to feel threaten. i will shoot to kill without warning.

why do you even ask your troll question if your just going to answer yourself?
when you talk about someone on your property,
dont you really mean the property of your Mommy and Daddy?

who do you have only 5 posts, all today, but been a member here for years?

you remind me of another troll posting here. He was born of november 30 also.

Have a good number of substantive posts gives one a certain level of credibility. Posting and then getting in arguments with seasoned members are classic signs of the internet troll.

I have a feeling you've had a hard time making friends growing up. If you keep this up I don't expect your stay here to be very long..
