Sheriff sales and auctions in LA?

Does anyone know if any of the police or sheriff departments auction off property from seizures? I live in Livingston Parish and was wondering if any firearms ever come up for auction or if they destroy firearms that are unclaimed?

Here you go, it's open to the public and you can anything and everything at a great price I plan on going to the next one and buy me an old cop car they go for pretty darn cheap for like 07 but they got everything. You can even see past auctions and they sold items for.
