I'm surprised anyone in Forestville knows how to load a gun.

Back in the old days when knife sharpening was considered an art, there was a running joke that there wasn't a sharp knife in Forestville.

According to an article on FOX-DC's web site:

"Police are still looking into if the gun used to shoot the intruder was legally registered. However, they say the man acted within his rights."

I hope this guy has lawyered up, and his lawyer has enough balls to use the recent McDonald ruling to defend himself against the criminal attacks of the MD government with regards to a "registration requirement". This guy had a gun in his home. He didn't have a criminal record. He used his gun to defend himself from a violent criminal in the process of committing several felonies.

McDonald says that is his RIGHT. End of discussion...
