That is because all the major players in the gun game live in Delaware. Wayne Pierre pres. of NRA and a whole host of others live in DE. Shoot (no pun intended) I bet all the major players play golf together down there at the Rehobeth country club. There is a lot of stuff that happens down there in Sussex county that you never hear about.

Also, Dupont (Olin) makes A LOT of gun powder and firearm cleaner's and oils. Dupont has factory's and offices all over that wonderful state.
