I had to look twice at the thread title--Peter Schiff is well known in the financial world.

WOW! A senate candidate with Jefferson's ideas ofgun-rights and Hamilton's understanding of banking and finance?

What's not to like?

For any new readers, Peter Schiff is one of the very few, if not the only, financial heavyweight to correctly predict the economic meltdown. Over a year in advance if I recall.

I was skeptical before, but after his "citizens should be allowed automatic weapons" comment, I'm a believer. No sane politician would say that in a blue state unless he really believed it.

Full auto assault rifles are the quintessential militia weapon. Just ask the Swiss or Isrealis.

I've liked Peter Schiff since I read his book a couple of years back, it made a lot of sense and still does. It was about the economic issues we are seeing now that he foretold years ago (meanwhile when he was outlining what was going to happen he was laughed at by mainstream media - they aren't laughing now).

I hope he can get the groundswell of support to counteract Blumy's "If there's a camera I need to be in front of it" exposure.
