Most definitely not. I do not at any time advise someone else, unless my statement is preceded by "My advise to you is_____"
It takes an ASSumption- I'mk sure you know how that breaks down- to take my statement of what I do and figure someone else can do the same.
So, ya gonna buy one of those BFR's for each of us?

Unless you preface each of your posts with one statement or the other you will have people assuming many thing and the least of which is you seem to have a very skewed outlook on what people will think your answer means when they ask for advise. Or maybe you need to not answer requests for advice at all.

A stubborn jackass in the third grade grows up to be a stubborn jackass as an adult. He didn't ask for a statement, he asked for advice. So unless you were giving advice, your post was out of place. Must be nice to be perfect like you and never wrong. Even when you clearly are.

Yep, this kind of bickering is certainly good for our cause. I can certainly see someone on the fence about OC, especially a media type, reading this thread and thinking, "Oh wow, that certainly changes my mind. It is gratifying to see citizens so well versed in the legal aspects of the issue and so concerned about ensuring they are within the law. The part about stubborn jackasses was particularly edifying." :quirky

2. Open carry an unloaded firearm, keeping a magazine handy
3. Store the pistol in my locking box in my saddle bag

Away from the motorcycle I'll be OCing. I'm just curious my options while riding.

By your own admission, in Washington, a motorcycle is considered a vehicle. It must be registered, insured and you must be licensed to operate it on our public roads and highways. Therefore, I suspect the laws in Washington pertaining to CC or OC on a motorcycle are similar, if not the same,as those in Michigan. Don't let the grammatics (in or on) fool you. IMHO, you must have the CPL to operate the motorcycle whether it's CC or OC.
