Anybody stop to think that just MAYBE the person that operates this particular location is gun owner friendly? Maybe this person knows that it is corporate policy, but chooses to allow it. Maybe that is this persons way of saying screw you to the man, the same way y'all choose to say screw you to the man by not patronizing B Dubs.
Still a majority of the money you spend in an establishment is returned to the parent corporation so even if you have an exception to the corporate rules you are still supporting the corporate structure and rules. The independent owner may also be put in a legal quandary if it is found that he is not enforcing the rules that the corporation promulgates.

And? Congratulations for him, and I'm proud of him if that's the case. The company still won't get my money though because the company is still anti-gun. Going there and giving them money ultimately supports an anti-gun company, regardless of how the general manager at that location feels about it.

Also...if he's go that much of a "Stick it to the Man" attitude, why doesn't he open a competing business that is gun owner friendly? Instead of BWW's "No firearm's allowed" signs...Have a sign that reads "Law Abiding Citizens Welcome" to show his disdain...

BW3s has been on the VCDL gun owner unfriendly list for years. Why are people still going there?

Because one location forgot their stickers/is ignorant of the policy/ignores the policy. And by some stretch of the imagination, they equate that to if they support that one location then it doesn't tie in to supporting the company and the policies it holds, as a whole, but rather supports that specific manager.

:uhoh:

Very odd train of thought, indeed.
