Like I said in the original post, you should read the article, it was not bad at all. The poll was specifically directed at OR and CO courts saying the State University system could not regulate carry on their campus, but then the University regents just went back and rewrote the same rules in different words in definace of the court rulings.

Their question does not parse correctly. As written the poll asks if colleges should be able to do something that is allowed by law. REALLY? You need to ask if someone should be allowed to do something that is legal?
