Made a deposit today at the Fort Carson branch on Mesa Ridge Parkway and noticed the No Firearms sign was removed. I inquired within if they were now allowing me to carry inside the bank and the receptionist very polite said to me that they will no longer tell me what I can and can't do when it comes to my firearm.

Not sure what transpired but I'm not going to argue!

Good to hear! Were you carrying openly or concealed at the time? I'm just looking for the full context of her response. The "No Guns" policy is the reason I am no longer a member of NFCU.

Bout time

About 4 years ago I was told that I couldn't come in with a firearm, Aurora branch.
I'm still with them but I use mobile deposits and local ATM's. Maybe the shooting made them reexamine their idiotic policy.

I was conceal carry at the time since I wasn't expecting the sign to be gone. My next visit when I make a business deposit will be open carry.
