This is the same idiot that "lost" 2 Mac 10 machine pistols as CA and was arrested and convicted of assault. One from an unlocked closet in his office and one from the unlocked back seat of his car.

"Fighting Joe" is so Anti gun that he makes Dirty Dick look like he is running for NRA President.

"Morrissey lost his law license in 2003 for being convicted of assault and being accused of bribing a charity.

In fact, in July 2011, the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board issued a formal order recommending that the delegate not have his law license reinstated.

The board made a verbal and formal recommendation--63 pages to be exact.

Back in July, the Board pointed out that although Del. Morrissey is hard working and well-liked; there were a long list of legal troubles that they could not overlook.

The order stated, “During the years prior to his revocation, Morrissey’s actions directly and repeatedly injured the image of the Bar and the legal process in the eyes of the public.”

The Board also listed Morrissey’s history of contempt citations, reprimands, fines, suspensions and incarceration."

Just what we need, another anti "lawyer" in the legislature to help Saslaw and McEachin.

There has been some talk that he might wish to run for Attorney General

That might be a "no gloves" contest.

What's one more worm in the manure pile.

The only good thing about all the hacks out there...is it makes the few really good ones, shine like a beacon.
