I'm just curious here. Did anyone actually OC into their polling place? I know I sure didn't, but with Amendment 5 passing I don't know if someone would want to challenge the precedent.

Let us work to remove the language from the statutes. Get prohibitions removed for all public areas of state, county, and city government. One little bit at a time.

I'm not ready to hang my hat on being able to OC in a polling place for 10-15 minutes at a time. Left it in the truck. Don't like it but I did anyway.

I also left in vehicle. I thought firearms and polling place was a strict No No?

It is. Maybe. With the passing of Amendment 5, I could see the argument being made that it's legal. But I sure as hell can't afford to be the test case.

It doesn't have to be posted. State law bans it and doesn't require signs. And, if you are open carrying, 571.107.2 doesn't protect you.

It's equal to carrying in a church.
