After reading the article....I wonder how they determined this: "Deputies determined the gun belonged to Walter Morame, who was not home at the time of the shooting."
Perhaps the 18 year-old told them that.....you know....this ain't my gun. It's that dude that lives in that house over there, I just borrowed it, while he was at work, so I could try out this new loaded gun on a hover board trick."


And 18 is not a child. Why was he not charged?
