Consolidating all of the NO OC jurisdictions down in to Ripley County is a wonderful idea. I am sure that we can get some enterprising Jeff City denizen to propose this.

What jurisdictions are you referring to? Ripley is not restricted , neither is Butler nor to my knowledge Carter. There does seem to be one or two cities in SEMO restricted, most notably Cape Girardeau, but I don't think it is accurate to portray the area as a whole OC unfriendly
