He sort of has a "record" of poor performance.
I would actually use stronger language based on the research I have been able to do the past couple weeks.

One OC friendly attorney I spoke with, told this attorney about my case, this attorney said, "Bonner is an idiot." The same attorney also told me that the other judge that I had dealt with, Hightower, is a crazy b!tch.

He was also rated something like the worst judge in the country.
I think he is the most overturned judge in the country.
He was caught lying/stealing. He is paying for a discounted carpool parking while not having anyone carpool with him. This may have been going on for over 10 years to a tune of 12,000 dollars of savings/theft on his part.
He also did not bother to show up to judicial meetings with the other judges so they stripped him of the title of Chief Justice for Seattle Municipal court. He is/was the judge that said that demanding a CPL and ID was legal to check your weapons at the court house.
