Is JR's Stockyard restaurant gun friendly?

Republicans are having an event at JR's Stockyard restaurant in Mclean/Tysons Corner this week. Trying to find out if the place is gun friendly WITHOUT calling them and asking. They're not listed on the VCDL gun unfriendly page, and are not on the NRA's gun unfriendly page. I've searched OCDO for JR's Stockyard, JRs Stockyard, JR's, JRs, Stockyard, stock yard, stock and yard. Get lots of hits on some of these, but nothing related to the restaurant.

How about it, are they gun friendly?

Just go.. dress professionally, act professionally don't draw undo attention to yourself and/or your firearm and I am sure you will be fine and most likely nobody will even notice.

Well now I have a reason to go back, for research. It has been a traditional respite for my friends to enjoy an informal steak and cigars. I wasn't sure if their bar area (which has an impressive air cleaner) was still open for the latter. I suppose I should see if they're "open for open carry" as well.

I guess you can tell I don't get out much. Even when I do, I prefer to go outside to smoke anyways, I hate forcing my second hand smoke on others. Not to mention, fresh air while smoking is (marginally) better for me than other peoples second hand smoke getting pulled through my own cig.

Dec 1st - unless they have a separate room with a separate ventilation system.

A few have them, a few others are going to be making the required adjustments.

Ask and do tell when you find them.

Exmple: IHOPS on Midlothian in Richmond - week-days only - week-ends NS.
River City Diner on Parham Rd. is said to be preparing.
