I'm not 100% certain, but wouldn't this stuff get you arrested, and prosecuted, in the District of Columbia?

While I would not put anything past DC Police and prosecutors, I doubt that this jewelry would place anyone in jeopardy of being arrested. They are not whole brass casings, just the head part. Still, I WOULD like to see someone be a test case and if arrested, it would provide the final spectacle of how absurd DC law has become. Perhaps we should buy one of these things for Emily Miller and get her to wear it the next time she interviews Lanier....

A couple weeks ago I had a day off in LA, was taking the metro bus to Hollywood, and a college age girl got on with a necklace fashioned from a .223.

Should've gotten her number :eek: ........
