All right, what dirty little rat called the cops on this guy who's just exercising his rights? We're becoming too dependent on government? staying in your home? why are you afraid of inanimate objects? This is martial law on our streets!

What's wrong with america? what kinda of country is this when LAC can't go jacking rounds in his own neighborhood? just wait, the state's costumed enforcers are probable just going to "Birk" this guy

Why is it so many old white guys are going around shooting up their families, friends, people, and other stuff up? Or... is it they are the only ones getting reported on the news? And why is it my "enter" key is not dropping me down for a new paragraph?

Now that was a stupid comment. Obviously this person has broken the law. Shooting at neighbors houses is NOT equivalent to exercising your rights. Not even close to the other thread about an umbrella.

Tom,
you need to remember, this was from EMN, the member on this forum that has THE answer to every question asked and sometimes before anyone knows they are going to ask a question. Once in awhile, he is even correct.

Well, we know he's heavily armed.

If he were lightly armed or unarmed, they'd already have sent SWAT in to storm the place.

Prosecutors charged McBee on Wednesday with attempted first-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault and one count each of first-degree burglary, malicious mischief and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Follow up... the man in the NE Tacoma shooting was a felon and had a fight with a neighbor recently....
