Federal Appeals Court Throws Out California Ban On Large-Capacity Gun Magazines

In a blow to gun control activists, the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Friday that California's ban on large-capacity ammunition magazines is unconstitutional, violating the Second Amendment.

While this is a good start, it was a ruling by only three of the judges and only covers about 6 states and Guam.
It does however, have the potential to throw more magazine restrictions out by giving lawyers in other districts some "ammunition". It may have to pass a full "en banc" review by the full court.
I have little doubt that the CA AG will try to appeal UNLESS other LWWs are afraid it might set a precedent if CA loses.
Let's keep out fingers (and everything else) crossed.
