I won't offer suggestions because they will be attacked by those who see themselves in my words (then again some may be so oblivious to their actions that they think I'm talking about the "other guy.") Apologies for any errors here. I don't want to take the time to edit. I will read posts from time to time to see if the atmosphere has changed but I have little hope. Good luck to all.

I don't know his "beef" either as I've only been here for about half a year, but why post a long somewhat insulting huffy-puff goodbye if you're just going to come back in two weeks. If he really wanted to leave fine, and if he really wanted to come back due to wanting to actively participate in WI discussions (that's fine), at least do it under a pseudonym so you can start a new and not look like a hypotcritical jackass. All of his personal tiffs would be moot as long as he kept his mouth shut, and he could still double-dip. Don't bite the hand that feeds you...
