I was having a discussion about OC vs CC with my wife's cousin who is, what I would classify, a certifiable gun nut. Strange thing about the conversation was that he thought I was crazy to OC. He was upset that I was pi$$ed about being detained while picking up dinner.

After the conversation got passed the initial shock and awe of OC it got a little more civil. We started talking laws and rights.

He seems to think Denham Springs has a law on the books banning OC. I know many of you, including myself, have carried in BassPro. Has anyone heard of this law?

Not only have I OCed at Bass Pro but attended seminars at that store with members of DSPD and LPSO. The all recognized that OC is legal and there is no local ordinance against it.

I OC all time at Starbucks in Denham. Once I over heard a worker say something to her manager about me, he explained we have a right to OC in La.
