sorry savage10, twas just being a kind forum member and pointing out the previously existing thread, with applicable commentary by others, on the same bloody subject ~ to someone who might have missed seeing the posting initially !

And your right, as previously mentioned...going to a gun rally where guns are not allowed to be carried on one’s person or one’s vehicle seems a bit absurd!

oh who’s sponsoring the rally...and what have they done for firearm enthusiasts?

...uh, the cops will have guns...as will the security details of any looney-anti-gun-libs (redundant? yes...) who may attend to counter rally...

I will probably attend, at least for a while.

Those of us who stay home and say "Well, not enough people will attend" contribute, IMNSHO.

Plus, in over 60 years, I've never attended a protest in DC. I guess I should do that once before I leave the area.
