3 or 4 more states than FL or UT. How'd you guys do it? If only you could convince your legislature to allow issuance of non-resident permits...

I was mainly thinking of WA, MN, WI, and NV. Those are the primary gaps (ignoring the usual suspects of CA, NY, etc) of the "big" non-resident permits. None have all four as Arkansas does, and all four honor non-resident permits. Arkansas also adds ME, if you're a resident. Very sweet.Of course, non-resident permits would probably drop it to the same number of states as UT or FL, considering how many states do not recognize non-resident permits.
You don't need a UT or FL permit as things stand now, the AR permit has better reciprocity than either. When I first received my CCHP I said, "wow! why do I need a UT or FL permit; as I look at the map they would only gain a state or two between the two and I don't ever travel to those"
Michigan has the best reciprocity of any one permit.
Looks the same as Arkansas to me. Naturally, they also don't issue non-resident permits.Michigan has the best reciprocity of any one permit.
