They amended some ordinances and the prohibition on dancing on Sundays was removed.

There were a couple ordinances against carrying a gun and they repealed 2 of them, but that's not important now that I can bust a move on Sundays!!

hahaha. This place is really something. Reminds me of the footloose movie, controlling every aspect of your lives.

But do they still burn witches in your area?
lol

Not legally. The formal process to execute them is to sink them to the bottom of a pond/lake. If they drown they're not a witch. If they don't THEN, and only then, can you legally burn them at the stake. The only times we burn the witch is in extreme circumstance (dogs/cats start going missing, outbreak of chicken pox, etc) where a mob lynches the witch and burns them before the constable can take charge. It is not perfect, but it is our way of life.

But I am glad to here that they are finally coming around. I would never have thought that they would. The amended law only added criminal penalties and fines. I fail to see how that would make anyone change their tune.

When the end of the world gets here, I'm getting to Bardstown as fast as I can because it sounds like they are 40 years behind the rest of the world...So we should have another good 40 years of life left there. And yes, when I arrive at Bardstown I will be kicking off my Sunday shoes....
