Unless I have been misinformed, there is currently no legislation to ban Hi cap mags in this state.

Unless I have been misinformed, there is currently no legislation to ban Hi cap mags in this state.

There is a bill currently in the Senate but I don't think it's about high cap mags either, but Tom Harkin is leaning toward this. I have been in contact with him and his vote is for this bill at this point. Bill S. 443 and S. 54 are both anti-gun and a gateway bill to registration.

No response from Chuck Grassley on any bill.

Chip Baltimore is pro 2a
