Hi, Im running for the Office of the Constable in the 3rd District, here in Louisville. My name is David Hamilton, I've been on here for a few months now, and with all the incidents people have been having while open carrying, I plan on educating people on gun safety and the rules, like open carry.

If I'm able win the office, I'll be able to help people understand that its your right to open carry if you want.

If you have any question about The job of Constable, or any ideals on how to help educate the public, let me know.

Thanks David Hamilton

David, best of luck. I will vote for you and pass along your name for others to do the same.

No the county is divided in to three districts, so with a total of 3 three constables, depending on the county there can be a min of 3 to a max of 8 constables each per district,
Jefferson has 3

Or a Dem playing lip service.

What proof could you provide that you are pro 2A David?

Personally, I'm also interested if you are pro Constitution.

Ok every one, im gonna try to give this another go, im running again, but this time as a "write in", I've came up with a few ideas id like to do, and of course im a 2A supporter.
My major goal is training at both the county and state levels for the constables position.

Any question please ask.

Thank you.

You obviously know very little about Ky. politics and Ky. politicians. I am a pro 2A democrat. Most of the gun laws that we have in Ky were written and passed by pro 2A democrats. That's why we have some of the best gun laws in the country. Can you name one good Ky. gun law that was initiated by a Republican? Please let me know what it is.
Concealed Carry- Democrat
Original Preemption law-Democrat
Enhanced Preemption- Democrat
Gun in your car on employers property-Democrat
Gun in your car on school property-Democrat
Gun in closed compartment of your car not concealed-Democrat
OK, I've got more, but now its your turn. List the Republican successes.............................................................................
................................................................................................
...............................................................................................
(crickets, I'll bet)

When the topic of the conversation turns to national politics, I definitely prefer the GOP, but in local elections, which is the subject of this discussion, the Dems have delivered for Ky. gun owners for the last 100 years. As long as they keep delivering, I'll continue to support them.

And, by the way, good luck David.

Thank you sir, ive got alot of damage control to do after the Whitlock Incident, but i believe this office can do so much more for the people of Kentucky if they just got the much needed training and the community support.

Just an Update

I have recently joined the "Oath Keepers" and I would like to encourage those on here to join and help hold those that are elected to office accountable to their oath of office, which is to defend and protect our Constitution, which includes the 2nd Amendment, or at least check them out.
