Does anyone know if there is a specific "three points rule" for Clark Co open carrying?

The three points being visibility from the front, back and side?

Next time I hike the Spring Mountains in Charleston again I want to be sure.

effective Oct 1, 2007 is legislation that prohibits counties/cities/towns from enacting ordinances more restrictive than state law - the legislature reserves for itself the right to legislate firearms law. This law is retroactive.

NRS 202.3653 Definitions. As used in NRS 202.3653 to 202.369, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. “Concealed firearm” means a loaded or unloaded pistol, revolver or other firearm which is carried upon a person in such a manner as not to be discernible by ordinary observation.

Huh? Since when does Clark County make any rules with respect to Open Carry... according to State law, only the legislature could do that and I don't remember them making any rules either.
